Objective

We provide practical methods and procedures for a complete and successful construction supervision. The focus is on the digital implementation of the knowledge and relevant tasks in the five phases of construction management. You will supervise construction projects by yourself with confidence i.e., efficiently processing the necessary work steps and upcoming tasks in everyday life.

Start digitizing your building projects live with SKILL BauDoc (Deutsche Telekom's innovation prize winner). BauDoc provides BIM relevant information to the mobile workplace and documents the performance, deficiencies, changes and disabilities in text and images. The on-site data is synchronized with the server providing an immediate access to all clients involved. All documents are always digitally available. You run a building journal, create your reports and checklists by clicking, and do not have to write a dossier twice if the building has changed.

The aim of the certificates courses is to enable each participant to take on responsible and challenging tasks in modern building processes - and thus to create a meaningful qualification for the future in a short time.

Digital specialist planner TGA: to coordinate and manage construction work with digital tools as well as projects of the "digital construction site". The aim of the certification courses is the assumption of responsible and challenging tasks in modern building processes - and therefore in the shortest possible time to create a meaningful qualification for the future in digital construction management.

Digital Project Manager TGA: Enables participants to coordinate and manage workflows with modern digital tools, as well as projects of the "digital construction site", especially in the building phases 1-5. You optimize construction processes and contribute to strategic and operational decisions, in the self-responsible planning, control and execution of digital construction projects.

Module I

Installation Phase 1 - Assembly planning and subcontracting and system construction Phase 2 - Sequence planning and project management, digital project management. What you learn:

Andreas Scheibe 

B.Eng. Operations Manager / Technical Trainer

Andreas Scheibe studied B.Eng. In technical building equipment and supply engineering worked initially as a planner in an international engineering office. In his earlier projects, he carried out planning and tendering phases in the multi-digit million range independently. Despite practical experience project cancellations were unavoidable till the desired experience and the necessary knowledge could be built up for a successful implementation.

As a co-founder of Continu-ING GmbH, Andreas Scheibe has established an academy for engineers, which offers specific practical knowledge and training courses for newcomers and career changers.

Thomas Heptner

Dipl.-Ing. FH / Construction / Product Manager SKILL BauDoc

Thomas Heptner studied architecture (focusing on building construction) at the University of applied sciences in Frankfurt am Main. During his studies, he was interested in the field of organization of construction management and construction supervision. After many years of experience in our Frankfurt office, he is now at SKILL Software Product Manager for "SKILL BauDoc" and interface between customers, sales and development. In addition, he is responsible for the strategic alignment and development of partners in the BIM area, especially in the TGA.
