SKILL Software GmbH specializes in radically simplifying complex business processes and making them accessible on smartphones and tablets. We provide solutions for construction and building economy, energy and technology, customer and visitor streams, as well as guide systems and solutions for locating, measuring and navigating the Internet of Things . A further focus is classic CRM, i.e. digitally supported customer acquisition and support. Our mobile program for building documentation SKILL BauDoc was honoured with the Deutsche Telekom Innovation Award in 2012. Our mobile alert based energy managing programme SKILL EnergyDoc is a pilot scheme within the framework of Hessen ModellProjekt and is funded by the federate state of Hesse and the EU (European Regional Development Fund ERDF).


Since 1991, we have been developing schedule and project management software, for example  for the Henkel KG company and their smartphone precursor “Atari Portfolio”, arranging their supervision of multipliers. This resulted in solutions for customer acquisition and support, based on Web CRM Microsoft Dynamics CRM today, combined with smartphones which also work as offline applications (e.g. on BlackBerry, iPad, Android and Samsung Galaxy).Today we offer solutions for the 4.0-deployment of the mobile industry.

Executive Management

Edgar Reh
is a first degree physicist  and managing associate of the SKILL Software GmbH. His qualification as a nuclear physicist proved itself to be especially suitable for the EDV sector: „They know a little bit of everything, but nothing precisely, that is the most important foundation in the EDV business and marketing.“ As the author of the eBook „Gaining More Customers and Supervising Them Optimally“ he is responsible for the advanced training of the SKILL Academy and BVMW Academy. He is an active part of the marketing business of investing goods for over 30 years and has successfully carried out more than 100 CRM projects, e.g. for companies such as Henkel, Messe Frankfurt, Deutscher Sparkassenverlag, Hilti Deutschland. Edgar Reh publishes the test series „Wir testen die Besten“ – „We test the best“ and is head of all applicatory tests regarding the software. The studies critically examine the functions of market relevant software, similar to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, CAS und Salesforce. He is married, has a daughter and grandchildren, is a passionate guitarist and optimises his solar array.

Klaus Szilvas
graduated in business administrations, sociology, psychology, is managing associate of the SKILL Software GmbH and one of the most experienced CRM consultants. He has developed several CRM tools as well as leading the administration of sophisticated CRM projects, seminars, trainings, amongst other things for the companies Häfele, Simona, Böwe, Orbit, Dürr Dental, Pfleiderer AG, Bopp&Reuther, Dexia Communalbank and Gardemann-Zooom. He is an essential developer of the SKILL Web-CRM and its mobile applications. Whenever he finds the time in between work and family, he plays the piano.
